Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1.Overview

We want you to receive your copy of Impactism in perfect condition. We ship within Pakistan and internationally. Prices are PKR 3,500 (Pakistan) and USD 25 (international); shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply as described below.

2.Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

3.Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Estimated delivery: [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on your city.
• Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
• We deliver through reputable courier partners across Pakistan.

4.International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: [7–21] business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
• The listed international price is USD 25*. Shipping fees, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included unless stated at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal handling, which are outside our control.

5.Delivery & Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

6.Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48–72] hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7.Return Eligibility

You may request a return within [7] days of delivery, provided that:

• The book is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

8.How to Request a Return

To start a return, email [email@impactism.world] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

9.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [7–14] business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

10.Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 7.
