Dr. Jibran Bashir is the Founder of Impactism Philosophy, a purpose-driven philosophy for human advancement centered on creating positive impact for present and future generations.
He is a Leadership and Business Strategist, Author, Speaker and Founder of the Jibran Bashir Leadership Institute (JBLI), Pakistan.
Over more than two decades, Dr. Jibran has worked with leaders, institutions and organizations across multiple industries, supporting improvements in leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, governance, strategy execution, innovation and sustainable growth.
Having consulted 165+ organizations, trained 35,000+ professionals and executives and coached 500 plus CEO and Directors.
Through years of working with individuals, executives, organizations and institutions, he observed a recurring challenge:

Businesses could grow without maximizing their contribution.
Governments could achieve development indicators without necessarily creating sufficient human advancement.
This led him to explore a larger question:
Impactism connects values, purpose, vision, goals, work, value creation and impact across individuals, families, businesses and governments.
The foundational theory was first formally introduced through Dr. Jibran’s academic research on Impactism before being developed further into a broader philosophy and framework.
Dr. Jibran is also an author of books and research publications and contributes to conversations around leadership, business strategy, management, artificial intelligence, governance, entrepreneurship, innovation and societal transformation.
In recognition of his contribution to leadership development, organizational transformation and leadership frameworks through research and practice, he was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership (Ph.D.) Honoris Causa by MasterMinds Business School (UK).
